Description

This private and spacious property is 200 feet above Chocolate Hole Bay on the southwestern shore of St. John. You will find incredible panoramic views from every room, including those of St. Thomas and smaller islands nearby. There are several beaches nearby and shopping and restaurants can be found within a five minute drive from the villa.

The main floor of the villa is 2000 square feet of completely air conditioned space. This level features two suites with king size beds, private balcony and en-suite bathrooms with oversized showers.

You will also enjoy the views from the open concept kitchen and living room. The well – equipped island kitchen features brand new appliances as well as anything you may need to prepare a gourmet meal. The living room features a large, comfortable sectional sofa, wide screen TV, and indoor/outdoor stereo system. Beautiful glass doors open up to an amazing patio with dining and lounge seating where you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the crystal blue water of the Caribbean Sea from across the infinity-edge swimming pool.

Across from the kitchen Island is a long stone wall that was part of the home’s original structure and it features native shells and pieces of coral that speak to the history of the island. Walk through the lovely stone arches to the formal dining room that includes a large, comfortable dining table and wall of windows that provide an open and airy feel to the room.

Step outside to the pool deck where you will find comfortable lounge chairs and a Weber gas barbeque as well as the 16’ x 24’ infinity-edge salt water pool. The pool has a built in lounging bench where you can relax with your cocktail to watch the sunset! In addition, the pool features colorful underwater LED lighting that you can set to your mood, and is heated in the winter. The pool area is surrounded by beautiful tropical plants providing you with privacy and a lovely oasis to enjoy the views.

The lower level of the Villa is also air conditioned and features two additional large bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. This area also features the incredible views as well as outdoor decks and lounging spaces.

Sustainability is important both on-island and off! The Villa features refillable fixtures in the bathroom as well as solar panels and a cistern that collects rainwater to be used for landscaping – we do everything we can to reduce our negative impact on the environment as well as the island.
