Both are a short downhill walk from the house (approx. 1/2 mile, remember what goes down must come up).
There is construction of the main villa occurring on the east side of the house so we ask that you not venture that direction. There is no pool (yet) but that is in the works and may be there the next time you visit.

Bernie and Jessica Adams have been part-time residents of St. John for over 25 years. Jessica has deep roots in the Virgin Islands and grew up in St. Thomas. When it was time to create a forever place in paradise, they both knew that St. John was where they wanted to be. This quiet and unspoiled island offers the perfect escape for those that just want to slow down and enjoy nature at its finest.
Important notice: There is construction of the main villa occurring to the east side of the cottage. It is not happening daily and is usually quiet and done while guests are at the beach. There is a separate entrance for construction personnel who typically show up early and are gone by early afternoon.
Renting a vehicle highly recommended. It may be hard to get taxis to come all the way up the hill to the house and you may have to walk part of the way.
There have recently been frequent interruptions in power on St. Thomas and St. John. These outages also may affect water, internet, and telephone systems. Since there is no way to predict when these outages may occur, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience. We will make every effort to escalate any interrupted services so that they may be restored as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, no refund or adjustment will be made to the cost of your stay for these unforeseen interruptions.
