Love City Triathlon 09/02/07

September 2, 2007 This morning I attended the Love City Triathlon in the capacity of photographer, maybe next year I'll compete - it sure looked like a lot of fun. I stayed for the swim run diaphone, but had to leave before the triathlon people finished up, so for those images you'll have to look elsewhere. I don't know some of the names so any help in completing the captions will be greatly appreciated.

The duathlon event was won by a Theresa Harper from St. Croix - her husband, John, came in second just about five minutes behind her.

They didn't train for the event, but I guess it wasn't necessary. John looked a bit tired after the race, but when asked how he felt he said, "I'm proud of myself that I came in so close behind Theresa."
